Candle light YIN

Welcome to our Yin Yoga class! This practice is designed to help you slow down, relax, and release tension in your body. Through long, passive holds, you'll be able to access deeper layers of connective tissue and find a sense of calm and balance. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, we invite you to join us and experience the benefits of Yin Yoga.

Beginners Kundalini
75 minute class

Get ready to enhance your physical and mental health with Kundalini yoga! This amazing practice focuses on strengthen the body, mind and spirit. Every class begins with an opening chant, also known as tuning in. and continues with the following steps •Pranayama or warmup. breathing exercises, and specific movements to warm up your spine. •Kriya. A kriya is a sequence of postures, breath and mudras •Guided Meditation Sound bath. using crystal bowls and the Gong •Relaxation. This allows your body and mind to absorb the effects of a kriya. • The class ends with a closing chant.

Restorative
60 minute class

Replenish your body and calm your mind with Restorative Yoga! This gentle, donation-based class is designed to support deep rest, healing, and renewal. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, restorative yoga offers a safe space to pause, breathe, and reset. Each class includes the following flow: • Grounding & Breathwork. Gentle breath awareness to bring you into the present moment. • Supported Poses. Long-held, fully supported postures using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to promote full-body relaxation. • Guided Meditation or Visualization. Calming prompts to help quiet the mind and ease tension. • Sound Healing. Soothing sounds from chimes, crystal bowls, or soft music to deepen your relaxation. • Silent or Guided Savasana. A final resting pose to allow integration and reflection. • Optional Closing Circle or Affirmation. To end the practice with intention and community. No experience is needed—just bring yourself, your breath, and an open heart. This is a donation-based class.
